Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Walk-In Assessments: Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
For assessments, please bring your photo ID and insurance card. If you reside in Lehigh or Northampton County, and do not have insurance, please bring proof of residency and proof of income. If you are a Lehigh County resident, please also bring with you proof of all sources of income, one month of pay stubs, and two months of bank statements.
